Allsopp Park Pollinator Garden Ribbon Cutting

June 10 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Keep Little Rock Beautiful (KLRB), in conjunction with the City of Little Rock Parks Department and Sustainability Office, is proud to unveil the new garden filled with over 400 Arkansas native plants, many already in bloom and poised to attract and provide food for butterflies, native bees, non-stinging wasps, and other insects. Join KLRB, garden supporters, benefactors, and neighbors at a family-friendly event in the park June 10th, 10 am until Noon.

Come celebrate with face painting, arts and crafts, and up-close viewing of the native plants. Local conservation groups will be on-hand with educational information and activities, helping you learn how to bring native plants into your own landscape, successfully attracting graceful, beautiful butterflies and so many other interesting insects that depend on native plants for their survival.

Allsopp Park – roundabout in southwest corner of the park (park entrance is off of Cedar Hill Rd & close to intersection with Cantrell Rd)
