Keep Little Rock Beautiful works in partnership with the City of Little Rock Sustainability Office, Solid Waste Services, Little Rock Recycles, commercial waste haulers, and members of the community to find ways to expand recycling, and we continue to advocate for more effective recycling programs and policies in Little Rock.

It is part of what we do through our commitment to a cleaner, healthier environment and improved quality of life for present and future Little Rock residents and visitors.

Join us in celebrating America Recycles Day at the Little Rock Zoo! November 12, 9:00am-12:00pm

  • If you live in an apartment and have been stockpiling recyclables, toss them in our WM dumpster.
  • Bring your unwanted, confidential documents to the ShredSmart Truck hosted by Natural State Recycling to be shredded and recycled.
  • Bring your glass bottles and jars (no caps or lids, please!) to recycle with EPIC Glass Recycling.
  • Bring unwanted, old electronic waste for eSCO to collect and properly recycle.
  • Bring your unwanted bicycles for Recycle Bikes for Kids to refurbish and re-gifted to a child or adult in need!
  • Bring stretchy film (like grocery and bread bags) to us to be recycled by TREX and turned into composite wood products.

We’ll be in the east Parking Area at the corner of Zoo Drive and South Monroe from 9am – 12pm. If you have any questions, please contact for more information.
